How much is shipping in the US?

Shipping is automatically calculated in the cart based on box weight and size.  We can usually get multiple boxes in a single shipment if delivered to the same address. 

Is there any other shipping info I should know about?

Our bites are baked, packaged and maintained in a temperature controlled environment prior to shipping. We recommend they be delivered to an air conditioned location and not left outside unprotected. If you envisage an issue please let us know and we can provide icepacks for an additional fee. We want our bites to be perfect and fresh for you to enjoy!

When will my order arrive?

You’ll be chowing down on boomie bites in no time! Our bites are hand-baked and made to order, so please allow advance notice of at least 4 days or one week if shipping. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm or during the weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day. For large catered events we recommend at least 1-2 weeks advance notice. Can I expedite my order?

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you need it quick, please drop us a line and we may be able to speed up production and express ship for an additional fee. Please note although we regularly move mountains for our customers, some things such as inclement weather are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to unexpected circumstances.

How do I store my bites?

Our customers find our bites irresistible, so storage is generally not a problem! But for those disciplined souls amongst us, we recommend you refrigerate to prolong shelf life. Just grab them out of the fridge a few hours before serving to let them return to room temperature and they will taste deliciously fresh.

What allergens are in your bites?

All bites contain flour and butter.

  • The Raspberry Coconut bite also contains eggs. 
  • All bites except the Nut Caramel contain coconut.
  • Nuts are found in the Date Caramel (almonds), Nut Caramel (peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts) and Fruit and Nut (hazelnuts).  All bites with gluten free* ingredients are made with almond flour. 

**Please be aware that our kitchen is not gluten free and while every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination trace levels of gluten may be present.

What do I do when I’ve eaten my fill of Boomerang Bites?

Seriously – this has never been a problem for our customers.  If you have to, you could consider sharing with family and friends.  But only if they deserve it!

What is your return policy?

We want our customers to be happy.  If your bites are not everything you had hoped for please email us at info@boomerangbites.com and we promise a real human with a real heart will respond to sort out the problem.

Privacy: What do you do with my information?

All contact and email information is used exclusively by Boomerang Bites.  We promise never to sell your information, and market only to customers who opt in via the email list.  For any questions please reach out to info@boomerangbites.com.
