How much is shipping in the US?
Shipping is automatically calculated in the cart based on box weight and size. We can usually get multiple boxes in a single shipment if delivered to the same address.
Is there any other shipping info I should know about?
Our bites are baked, packaged and maintained in a temperature controlled environment prior to shipping. We recommend they be delivered to an air conditioned location and not left outside unprotected. If you envisage an issue please let us know and we can provide icepacks for an additional fee. We want our bites to be perfect and fresh for you to enjoy!

When will my order arrive?
Our bites are hand-baked and made to order. We ship boxes Monday-Thursday. Orders received on these days are processed the next day. Orders received after 12pm Thursday are shipped out Monday. We also offer next day local delivery Monday through Friday (no deliveries on weekend), as well as pick up at our Jersey City store by appointment.
Do you do events?
We love a good party and make the perfect dessert, party favor, or gift bag idea. We recommend 4-5 treats per person if our treats are the main dessert and 2-3 treats per person if other desserts are being served
Covid-canceled events? No worries! Our gift boxes help bring sweetness to at-home celebrations. Submit a catering inquiry with details of your event and we'll get back to you shortly. For large catered events we recommend at least 1-2 weeks advance notice.
Do you do corporate gifts?
We make corporate gifting easy with e-gift cards and customized gift boxes designed to impress clients, customers and employees. To get things rolling, start by submitting a corporate gift inquiry.
Can I expedite my order?
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you need it quick, please drop us a line and we may be able to speed up production and express ship for an additional fee. Please note, although we regularly move mountains for our customers, some things such as inclement weather are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to unexpected circumstances.
How do I store my bites?
Our customers find our bites irresistible, so storage is generally not a problem! But for those disciplined souls amongst us, we recommend you refrigerate to prolong shelf life. Just pop them out of the fridge a few hours before serving to let them return to room temperature and they will taste deliciously fresh.
What allergens are in your bites?
All bites contain dairy except for vegan options. Flour can be found in all bites except for vegan and gluten free options.
- The Raspberry Coconut, Choc Peanut and Nut Caramel bite also contains eggs.
- All bites except the Nut Caramel, She-can Pecan and Choc Peanut contain coconut.
- Nuts are found in the Date Caramel (almonds), Nut Caramel (peanuts),Fruit and Nut (hazelnuts), She-can Pecan (pecans) and Choc Peanut (peanuts). The Bondi contains nuts and seeds (pecans and sunflower seeds).
**Please be aware that our kitchen is not gluten free and while every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination trace levels of gluten may be present.
What do I do when I’ve eaten my fill of Boomerang Bites?
Seriously – this has never been a problem for our customers. If you have to, you could consider sharing with family and friends. But only if they deserve it!
What is your return policy?
We want our customers to be happy. If your bites are not everything you had hoped for please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we promise a real human with a real heart will respond to sort out the problem.
Privacy: What do you do with my information?
All contact and email information is used exclusively by Boomerang Bites. We promise never to sell your information, and market only to customers who opt in via the email list. For any questions please reach out to email@example.com.
