Boomerang Bites is a women-owned Australian-inspired bakery and café located in Hoboken, New Jersey. We specialize in handcrafted bite-sized desserts inspired by traditional Australian "slice" recipes, alongside Australian coffee, breakfast, lunch, catering and nationwide gifting.
Every product is made in small batches using premium ingredients and our own original recipes. Better yet, 20% of our profits support education initiatives through our "Be Good. Do Good." mission.

A Boomerang Bite is our signature bite-sized baked treat inspired by classic Australian slices.

We believe great desserts begin with great ingredients.
That's why we use premium chocolate, butter, fruit, nuts, coconut, oats and other quality ingredients to create desserts that taste homemade—because they are.
Are Boomerang Bites brownies?
No.
Although they're similar in size, Boomerang Bites are inspired by Australian slices rather than brownies.
Many feature multiple layers, buttery bases, rich fillings and unique textures that make each flavor completely different.

Keep your bites fresh at all times
How should I store my bites?
Our bites are best stored in the refrigerator.
For the best flavor and texture, remove them about 15–20 minutes before serving.
Can I freeze them?
Yes.
Our bites freeze beautifully.
Store them in an airtight container and thaw overnight in the refrigerator or for about 30 minutes at room temperature before enjoying.
How long do they stay fresh?
Our bites are made fresh in small batches.
When refrigerated, they stay delicious for approximately two weeks.

However, all products are prepared in a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee there is no cross-contact with gluten.
